PPT Specialist

Overview

CACTUS is a remote-first organization and we embrace an accelerate from anywhere culture. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.Looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio and be skilled in designing PowerPoint presentations, posters, brochures, and editing images. The candidate will play a key role in visually communicating our brand message across various platforms and formats.

Responsibilities

• Design clean, engaging, and on-brand PowerPoint presentations
• Create basic posters, banners, flyers, brochures, and digital creatives
• Edit and retouch images as per project requirements
• Convert and format PDFs and other content assets as needed
• Collaborate with team members to understand project goals and deliver high-quality visual assets
• Maintain consistency in brand visuals across all formats
• Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  

Qualifications And Prerequisites

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, especially in PPT
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and MS Office tools
• Familiarity with PDF editing and conversion tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat)
• A good eye for detail, layout, color, and typography
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Portfolio showcasing a range of work (presentations, posters, brochures, etc.)
