Role Overview:

Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid media platforms.

• Manage budget allocations and forecasts across all paid channels to maximize return on investment.

• Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and continuous improvements.

• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.

• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.

• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools and platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale paid ad campaigns with successful ROAS.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other ad platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the agriculture or FMCG sector is a plus.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
