Paid Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on

  Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

  and

  Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
• Create and test engaging ad creatives and copies
• Optimize campaigns to meet performance goals like ROI, ROAS, and CPA
• Set up conversion tracking, custom audiences, and remarketing funnels
• Generate and present detailed campaign performance reports
• Stay current with platform updates and digital advertising trends
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently across platforms

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience

  in running successful paid ad campaigns
• Deep knowledge of

  Google Ads Manager

  and

  Meta Business Suite

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking, and event setup
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification
• Prior experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
