Job Title: PPC Expert Location: Mohali Punjab Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented PPC Expert to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and data analytics to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities Create compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages for maximum conversion Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust strategies as needed to meet KPIs Implement A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness Analyze performance data, prepare detailed reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging PPC technologies Collaborate with SEO, design, and content teams to align marketing strategies Requirements: Proven experience 3+ years in managing PPC campaigns with a strong ROI track record Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and retargeting strategies Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus Excellent communication and project management skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred . work from office Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
