About the Role:

PPC Executive


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Strategy & Setup:

  • Develop and implement PPC strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Set up campaigns across

    Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and App Install Ads

    .
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.


Campaign Management & Optimization:

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance daily.
  • Adjust bids, keywords, targeting, budgets, and ad placements for improved ROI.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Manage remarketing/retargeting campaigns for higher conversions.


Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and measure KPIs including CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Generate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
  • Use tools like

    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio

    , etc., for insights.
  • Maintain accurate conversion tracking and reporting setup.


Ad Copy & Creative Coordination:

  • Write compelling ad copies for search and display campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative team for banners, video ads, and landing pages.
  • Ensure all ads follow platform guidelines and brand tone.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    2 years of hands-on experience

    in PPC and paid ads management.
  • Strong command over

    Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager

    , and other ad platforms.
  • Expertise in keyword research, bid strategies, and campaign structuring.
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics and analytical tools.
  • Experience with

    conversion tracking, GA4, GTM

    , and pixel setup.
  • Ability to manage good budgets with a focus on lead quality and cost efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads & Meta Ads Certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience in managing campaigns in real estate, e-commerce, or service industries.
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and marketing funnels.
