Role Overview:

PPC Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and execute

    PPC strategies

    across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Set up campaigns for

    Search, Display, Video, and Remarketing ads

    tailored to specific client goals.
  • Ensure

    proper ad account structure

    , budget allocation, and audience segmentation.


Industry-Specific Focus:

  • Plan and execute campaigns for

    Indian and International Real Estate Projects

    , targeting high-net-worth individuals and investors.
  • Understand client requirements for

    lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions

    across different sectors.


Optimization & Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor

    daily campaign performance

    and adjust bids, keywords, and targeting to ensure optimal results.
  • Improve

    Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Conversion Rate (CVR)

  • Conduct

    A/B testing

    for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance.


Analysis & Reporting:

  • Prepare

    weekly and monthly performance reports

    with detailed insights.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to stay ahead.
  • Use

    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tools

    for conversion tracking and attribution analysis.


Budget Management:

  • Manage client budgets efficiently to

    maximize ROI

    without overspending.
  • Suggest scaling strategies based on performance metrics.


Innovation & Learning:

  • Stay updated with

    latest PPC trends, Google updates, bidding strategies

    , and new ad features.
  • Explore

    new ad platforms and technologies

    to enhance results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience

    managing PPC campaigns for multiple industries, especially real estate.
  • In-depth knowledge of

    Google Ads, Meta Ads

    , and other advertising platforms.
  • Strong understanding of

    Keyword Research, Bidding Strategies, and Audience Targeting

  • Proficiency in tools like

    Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio

  • Ability to
