About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Analyst to plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of performance marketing, and proven experience in using GTM (Google Tag Manager) and GA4 (Google Analytics 4) for conversion tracking and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid optimisation to improve ROI.
  • Develop and implement robust tracking strategies using GTM for event tracking and tag management.
  • Configure and analyse campaign performance through GA4, ensuring accurate tracking of conversions and user journeys.
  • Monitor daily budgets, performance metrics, and ad spends to ensure efficiency and consistency with goals.
  • Perform A/B testing on creative assets, ad copy, and landing pages to optimise conversion rates.
  • Generate and present detailed campaign reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, content, design, analytics) to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on PPC trends, new platform features, and industry best practices to continually drive improvements.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Experience with conversion tracking, UTM parameter setup, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI).
  • Solid understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Quality Score optimisation strategies.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.
