Job Description

As a Digital Ad Operations Specialist at Wytlabs, your role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive Google Ads strategies across Search, Display, and Universal App Campaigns (UAC) to align with business objectives and target audiences. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, encompassing tasks such as keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and bid management. - Continuously monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI), and implementing data-driven optimizations to maximize results. - Generating insightful reports to communicate campaign performance, identify actionable insights, and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders. - Designing and executing A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness. - Proactively identifying and resolving technical issues related to ad delivery, tracking discrepancies, conversion tracking, and ad disapprovals. - Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure campaign success and alignment with overall marketing strategies. - Monitoring and analyzing competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. - Utilizing Google Ads scripts, rules, and other automation tools to streamline campaign management and optimize efficiency. - Effectively managing and allocating advertising budgets (in the range of $10,000 - $40,000/month) to ensure optimal spending and maximize return on investment. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. - 3+ years of proven experience in digital ad operations with a strong focus on Google Ads. - Deep expertise in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data handling, insight generation, and reporting (Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. - Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
