Power Platform Consultant

Are you passionate about innovation and AI transformation? Join us as a Senior Consultant specialising in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Copilot Studio agents. This role is central to driving Copilot-led engagements and delivering high-impact solutions for our customers.

Success in this role means leading immersive workshops, building scalable solutions, and enabling customers to realize tangible business value through Microsoft’s Copilot and Power Platform ecosystem. You’ll be a trusted advisor, shaping AI journeys and accelerating adoption across industries.

Engagement Delivery

• Customize engagements across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio agents, and Power Platform.
• Deliver solution design, agent development, and adoption strategies tailored to customer needs.

Solution Development

• Build and deploy Copilot Studio agents, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power Pages.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant.

Customer Success & Value Realization

• Conduct business value analysis and strategic roadmap planning.
• Drive measurable outcomes like Copilot MAU growth, agent consumption, and Power Platform revenue.
  

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
• Microsoft 365 (including Copilot integrations)
• Copilot Studio and agent development (preferred)
• Strong understanding of AI transformation, low-code development, and change management.
• Experience in both pre-sales and post-sales engagements, including PoC delivery and technical deployment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.
