🚨 We're Hiring: Zscaler L3 Support Engineer (Product Support Engineer III) 📍 Location: Pune (On-site/Hybrid, as applicable) 💼 Experience: 14+ years | 🛡️ Domain: Network & Security Support Are you a seasoned tech expert ready to tackle complex security challenges in a cloud-first world? Join our Global Customer Support team as an L3 Support Engineer and help drive innovation and customer success at scale! 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced technical support for Zscaler’s cloud security products Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact issues escalated from L1/L2 teams Reproduce complex customer scenarios in lab environments Collaborate with engineering on bug fixes and product enhancements Lead root cause analysis and knowledge sharing Mentor junior engineers and support critical incident handling 🎯 What We're Looking For: 14+ years in tech support or network/security engineering Strong command of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, FTP, SMTP Experience with Linux/Unix, Wireshark, tcpdump, MTR, etc. Familiarity with firewalls, proxies, VPNs, IDS/IPS Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills ⭐ Nice to Have: Zscaler certifications (ZCCA-IA, ZCCA-PA) Scripting (Python, Bash) Experience in enterprise IT environments Bachelor's in CS/IT or related field 🔗 Interested?
