Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Connect, import, and transform data from multiple sources (Excel, SQL, etc.).
Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable business insights.
Perform data cleaning, modeling, and DAX calculations in Power BI.
Maintain and optimize Power BI datasets and data refresh schedules.
Use advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) for reporting and analysis.
Collaborate with management and departments to understand reporting requirements.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of all data and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Power BI development and data analysis.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query, and data visualization).
Hands-on experience in data modeling and DAX expressions.
Familiarity with SQL and data integration tools.
Good understanding of business metrics and KPIs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
