Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Power BI Developer

Experience:

Must Have Skills - Power BI, DAX (Advanced), Power Query, RLS, Fabric, Git, Power BI Deployment, DevOps, CI/CD.

Senior BI Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain
Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
(DAX, Power Query).
Collaborate with
data engineering teams
(Databricks, SQL, ETL) to ensure high-quality data integration.
Implement
data governance standards
, security models, and documentation.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions.
Lead workshops, training, and provide end-user support.
Manage projects using
Agile methodologies
and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

8+ years
in Power BI development, data modeling, and analytics.
Strong skills in
DAX, M language, SQL
, and data warehousing.
Experience with
Databricks
, RLS, and enterprise-scale BI deployments.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Certifications in
Power BI / Data Analytics
are a plus.
