Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Post-Sales Executive to manage clients after they enroll for our immigration services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through documentation, application filing, and coordination with visa and legal teams—ensuring a smooth and successful immigration journey.

You will act as the main point of contact for clients after payment or registration, ensuring timely updates, excellent service quality, and a positive client experience throughout the post-enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients after sales closure, ensuring seamless onboarding.
  • Guide clients through the complete immigration process, including document collection, verification, and form submissions.
  • Coordinate with case officers, documentation, and legal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain client records and update progress in the CRM or case management system.
  • Regularly follow up with clients on pending documents, requirements, and case status.
  • Keep clients informed of program updates, visa changes, and timelines.
  • Resolve client issues and escalate complex cases to senior consultants when necessary.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by providing consistent support and communication.
  • Work closely with the sales and counseling teams to ensure a smooth client handover and strong coordination.
  • Track and report the progress of client cases to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, post-sales, or operations, preferably in the immigration or overseas education industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good understanding of visa and immigration documentation (training will be provided).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Patience, empathy, and attention to detail in client handling.
  • Ability to work independently and within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience handling Canada, Australia, UK, or European visa documentation.
  • Familiarity with case management systems and immigration processes.
  • Customer service or operations background in consulting firms.
