Post-Sales Executive

As a Post-Sales Executive at Canpr, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience throughout the immigration process. Your primary responsibilities will include serving as the main point of contact for clients post-sale, guiding them through documentation processes, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining client relationships. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving client issues, as well as contributing to the enhancement of post-sales processes to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration services or a related field, a strong understanding of immigration documentation processes, excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems, and the ability to work independently while handling multiple client cases simultaneously. A client-focused mindset, proactive problem-solving approach, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field are preferred.
