Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Post Graduate Trainee in the Claims Settlement department of Niva Bupa Health Insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze complex claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
