Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pool Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and be able to provide excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain the pool area, including cleaning and sanitizing the pool and surrounding areas.
Ensure the safety and well-being of guests by monitoring the pool and responding to any emergencies or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance, repairs, and inventory management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality guest experiences.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve pool efficiency and reduce costs.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Pool Guard or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of pool maintenance, safety protocols, and customer service principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
