Employment Type: Full-time Job Description Analyze political trends and demographic data to produce actionable insights Collaborate with field teams and data analysts to interpret voter behavior Develop political strategies and messaging based on research findings Draft comprehensive reports and briefing documents for clients and internal stakeholders Monitor media and public sentiment to assess narrative impact Present research outcomes to political stakeholders and leadership Support campaign planning, including constituency profiling and issue mapping Contribute to opinion polls, focus groups and qualitative research analysis Qualifications Proven analytical skills with hands-on experience in data interpretation Strong written and verbal communication abilities Deep understanding of Indian politics and current political developments Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). 3–4 years of experience in political consulting, election research, or media analysis Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment Comfort with using research tools, Excel and basic data visualization platforms Show more Show less
