The POC (Pre Owned Cars) Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the pre-owned vehicle department within an automotive dealership or retail company. This role involves managing inventory, pricing, sales strategies, and customer service initiatives related to pre-owned cars. The POC Manager will collaborate closely with sales staff, finance departments, and service departments to ensure a seamless purchasing experience for customers while achieving business goals and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize pre-owned vehicle sales and profitability.
• Manage the overall inventory of pre-owned vehicles, ensuring optimal stock levels and turnover rates.
• Oversee pricing strategies for pre-owned vehicles while ensuring competitive pricing in the market.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure all pre-owned cars are thoroughly inspected and refurbished as needed.
• Train, mentor, and supervise the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with trade-ins, auctions, and other sources to acquire quality pre-owned inventory.
