Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing basic P&O services and operational support to the organization, including explaining guidelines and policies. Additionally, you will support P&O BP and assist on IR topics for Vadodara Factory and other Central Functions of Siemens Energy (SE) across various business partnering areas. Your role will involve creating evaluations and analyses, actively participating in the implementation of local and group-wide P&O initiatives, and offering support and advice to employees and executives on labor law and personnel-related issues. Furthermore, you will assist in employee relations activities, data and documentation handling, and educating managers and employees on relevant P&O topics. Key Responsibilities: - Provide basic P&O services and operational support, explaining guidelines and policies - Support P&O BP and IR topics for Vadodara Factory and other Central Functions of Siemens Energy - Create evaluations and analyses, derive associated measures - Actively participate in local and group-wide P&O initiatives - Support and advise employees and executives on labor law and personnel-related issues - Assist in employee relations activities, data and documentation handling - Educate managers and employees on best use of on-demand solutions for relevant P&O topics - Support SE P&O local and regional team in diverse projects, initiatives, people interactions, and communication Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent Professional Human Resources certification - 10-15 years of HR or business function experience in a similar organization set-up - Experience with relevant HR systems such as SAP and Workday - Understanding of factory act and local labor law - Customer-focused with problem-solving skills, analytical and compliant - Solid understanding of HR processes and tools - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Growth mindset, ownership, resilience, and team player - Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Teams, with knowledge of SAP/HR being an added advantage - Strong learning ability, result and quality orientation, analysis ability, customer orientation, communication skills, and networking skills.,
