Job Description

As a P&O Specialist at Siemens Energy, your role will involve providing basic P&O services and operational support to the organization. You will be responsible for explaining guidelines and policies to employees and supporting on IR topics for Vadodara Factory + Other Central Functions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting the P&O Business Partner on various topics related to business partnering - Creating evaluations and analyses to derive associated measures - Actively participating in the implementation of local and group-wide P&O initiatives - Providing support and advice to employees and executives on labor law and personnel-related issues - Assisting Line Managers in addressing specific people topics by advising on options and assessing risks Additionally, you will be managing data and documentation handling at a local level and educating managers and employees on the best use of on-demand solutions for relevant P&O related topics. You will also support the SE P&O local and regional team in diverse projects and initiatives, people interactions, and communication. Your qualifications and skills should include: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a relevant field - 10-15 years of experience in HR or a business function in a similar organization setup - Experience with relevant HR systems such as SAP, Workday, etc. - Understanding of factory act and local labor law - Customer focus with problem-solving skills - Solid understanding of HR processes and tools - Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing - Growth mindset, ownership, resilience, and teamwork - Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Teams, and SAP/HR Your strengths should include learning ability, result and quality orientation, analytical skills, customer orientation, communication skills, and networking skills.
