Job Description

Role Overview: As a P&O Specialist at Siemens Energy, your new area of responsibility will be challenging and future-oriented. You will be providing basic P&O services and operational support to the organization, explaining guidelines and policies, and supporting on IR topics for the Vadodara Factory and other Central Functions of Siemens Energy. Your role will involve creating evaluations and analyses, actively participating in the implementation of local and group-wide P&O initiatives, and providing support and advice for employees and executives on all labor law and personnel-related issues. Key Responsibilities: - Support employee relations activities by investigating and resolving issues concerning working conditions and people-related issues - Assist Line Managers in addressing specific people topics by advising on options, assessing risk, and acting as a consultant to help in decision-making - Manage data and documentation handling at a local level - Educate managers and employees on the best use of on-demand solutions for relevant P&O related topics - Support SE P&O local and regional team in diverse projects, initiatives, people interactions, and communication Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a relevant field, or equivalent like Professional Human Resources certification - 10-15 years of experience in HR or in a business function from a similar organization set-up - Experience with relevant HR systems such as SAP, Workday, etc. - Understanding of factory act and local labor law is important - Customer focus with problem-solving skills, solid understanding of HR processes and tools, excellent communication skills (verbally/written) - Growth mindset, ownership, resilient, and a team player - Very good knowledge in MS Office, Microsoft Teams, SAP/HR is an added advantage - Strengths include learning ability, result and quality orientation, analysis ability, customer orientation, communication skills, and networking skills.,
