Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for assigned pharmaceutical products.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to create impactful marketing plans.
• Define product positioning, target audience, and go-to-market strategies.

2. Product Lifecycle Management:

• Manage the entire product lifecycle, including product launch, growth, maturity, and phase-out.
• Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and manufacturing teams for product development and updates.

3. Promotional Campaigns:

• Design promotional materials (brochures, digital content, visual aids) and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, workshops, and conferences.
• Train and support the sales team with product knowledge and marketing strategies.

4.Market Analysis and Insights:

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviour.
• Analyse sales performance and ROI of marketing campaigns, and suggest improvements.

5. Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), doctors, and medical associations to build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, regulatory affairs, and supply chain for seamless operations.

6. Budgeting and Compliance:

• Prepare and manage the marketing budget for assigned products.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and ethical marketing practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
