About the Organization:

We are amongst the top 10 largest renewable IPPs in India in terms of total capacity* as of December 31, 2024. We develop, build, operate, and maintain projects through our in-house engineering, procurement, construction, operations & maintenance teams.

Our portfolio of projects includes wind, solar, wind-solar hybrid and firm and dispatchable renewable energy including battery energy storage systems. As of May 31, 2025, our total portfolio stands at approximately 10,069 MWp spread over 48 projects across four states in India.

About the position:

Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Also, coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors/owners Engineers for the flawless execution of project.
• Develop scope of work for wind project functions, such as design, site assessment, environmental studies, surveying, or field support services.
• Coordinate or direct development, energy assessment, engineering, or construction activities to ensure that wind project needs and objectives are met.
• Create wind energy project plans, including project scope, goals, tasks, resources, schedules, costs, contingencies, or other project information.
• Manage wind project costs to stay within budget limits.
• Manage site assessments or environmental studies for wind fields.
• Update schedules, estimates, forecasts, or budgets for wind projects.
• Supervise the work of subcontractors or consultants to ensure quality and conformance to specifications or budgets.
• Prepare or assist in the preparation of applications for environmental, building, or other required permits.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Development of MIS for the projects.
• Maintain the Cashflow for controlling and smooth execution.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Candidates should have experience in project expertise for wind for minimum 2-3GW project.
• Handled C&I and captive/ utilities project. understand approval process of Captive / Utilities for construction and commissioning.

Our Ideal Candidate.

• B. Tech with having 10+ Years of solid experience in wind projects execution in India.
• Sound understanding of third party, Captive, and utilities projects execution in the states of KA, MH, RJ, GU and TN.
• Excellent client-facing/ EPC and internal communication skills.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in wind-with all OEM.
• Minimum 500 MW-Grid connected (CTU& STU) projects for wind.
• Minimum 8+ years of Exp in a Project role in a leading IPP Developer RE Organisation.
