PMO / Project Management Officer

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Collaborating closely with designers, front-end, and back-end developers to ensure alignment. Ensuring the implementation of best practices in design and development workflows. Utilizing tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Zeplin to review and translate designs into development-ready assets. Facilitating communication between UI/UX designers and developers, ensuring a seamless transition from design to development. Monitoring project progress, mitigating risks, and providing regular status updates. Maintaining documentation and ensuring adherence to project management methodologies. - Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and front-end development - Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, and Zeplin to inspect and collaborate on designs - Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular - Understanding of back-end development concepts and API integrations - Experience in Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred qualifications include: - Previous experience in a PMO role within a tech-driven environment - Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or PMP - Hands-on experience with collaboration tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana,
