PMO Lead

As a PMO Lead based in Delhi NCR and working in a UK Shift | Hybrid model, your primary responsibility will be to own and lead core PMO processes such as planning, risk management, resource management, and financial management. You will also support the Senior Programme Manager in ensuring effective programme governance and reporting. Your tasks will include maintaining the programme roadmap, timeline, and milestones, as well as managing risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions (RAID management). You will be in charge of leading monthly status reporting, creating stakeholder dashboards, and conducting stage-gate reviews. Additionally, you will assist in financial forecasting, resource utilisation, and spend tracking. It will be your responsibility to facilitate lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement activities within the team. You will also play a key role in developing governance frameworks and promoting process standardisation across different workstreams. Moreover, you will coordinate business case preparation, presentations, and programme communications to ensure effective stakeholder engagement. As a PMO Lead, you will be expected to drive the adoption of PMO tools and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and providing valuable insights for decision-making. To excel in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in PMO roles with exposure to enterprise-level projects. You must possess expertise in governance, risk management, resource management, and financial management. Experience in working with UK stakeholders and global teams is crucial for this position. Proficiency in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools, especially Clarity, and Power BI is highly desirable. Holding project management certifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, or equivalent will be an added advantage. Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills are essential for effectively carrying out your responsibilities.
