About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set Up & Lead the PMO:

    Design and implement a structured PMO with clear processes, governance, and reporting models.
  • Program Execution:

    Oversee execution of strategic projects across departments—ensuring alignment, consistency, and impact.
  • Supply Chain Integration:

    Drive improvements across the entire Order-to-Cash lifecycle, integrating supply chain operations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define goals, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Process Innovation:

    Re-imagine workflows using automation,

    AI

    , and best practices. Fix gaps. Build what's missing.
  • Team Leadership:

    Mentor and lead project managers and functional teams to build a

    high-performance culture

    .
  • Risk & Performance Management:

    Set up exception reporting, measure impact, and course-correct with agility.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    Establish

    KPIs

    to measure PMO effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
  • Training & Mentorship:

    Train and mentor project managers and team members for a

    high-performance project management culture

    .

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in

    leading projects and programs

    , ideally having

    built or led a PMO from scratch

    .
  • Strong grasp of

    project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, etc.)

    .
  • Ability to operate across functions—from

    project governance

    to

    supply chain and client delivery

    .
  • Excellent

    stakeholder management

    ,

    negotiation skills

  • Strong

    business acumen

    and an eye for

    process improvement
