Job Description

As a Project Management Officer (PMO), your primary responsibility will be to provide a wide range of support services to the Engagement Managers. Your duties will involve governing engagements, planning and tracking them, reporting progress, managing issues and risks, controlling change, managing deliverables and quality, tracking obligations, adhering to contractual and commercial constraints, managing finances, and maintaining electronic records of all produced work and activities. - Support Engagement Managers in governing engagements - Plan and track engagements effectively - Report progress on engagements - Manage issues and risks related to projects - Control and implement changes as required - Ensure the delivery of high-quality work - Track and fulfill obligations - Adhere to contractual and commercial constraints - Manage finances related to projects - Maintain accurate electronic records of all activities Qualifications Required: - Excellent professional with skills in PMO practices - Strong competencies in various areas such as active listening, adaptability, analytical thinking, decision-making, conflict management, and more - Proficiency in project governance, project management, financial analysis, stakeholder management, and risk assessment - Ability to work under pressure and handle complex engagement management effectively - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proactive approach towards problem-solving and continuous improvement - Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban - Strategic thinking and adaptative planning skills,
