Job Role: PMO Consultant

Location: Greater Noida Only

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days ONLY

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic alignment: Ensuring all projects directly support company-wide goals and priorities.
Process and standards management: Establishing, maintaining, and enforcing project management standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
Resource management: Planning, allocating, and optimizing resources (people, budget, etc.) to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Project tracking and reporting: Monitoring project progress, milestones, risks, and budgets, and providing regular, consolidated reports to senior management.
Risk and issue management: Identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing issues as they arise.
Training and support: Providing guidance, templates, and training to project managers and teams to build their skills and ensure consistency.
Change control: Implementing and managing the change control process to assess and communicate the impact of changes on projects.
Essential skills and qualities Strong understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies.
Proficiency with project management software and tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and lead teams.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Leadership qualities, goal-orientation, and integrity.
