EA - Developer - Reference architecture

Role & responsibilities

• Design and Development:

  Design, develop, and test robust and scalable applications using a variety of technologies, including React/Flutter for front-end development, and microservices architecture for back-end services.

• Microservices Architecture:

  Develop and maintain microservices, ensuring proper communication, integration, and scalability.

• Containerization and Orchestration:

  Utilize containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes) to deploy and manage applications in a cloud environment.

• Message Queuing:

  Implement message queuing systems (e.g., Kafka) for asynchronous communication between services.

• Cloud Development:

  Develop and deploy applications on AWS, leveraging its various services and infrastructure.

• Database Management:

  Work with SQL and PL/SQL databases to design and implement data models, write queries, and optimize database performance.

• Service Mesh:

  Implement and manage service mesh technologies for enhanced communication, security, and observability of microservices.

• Design Patterns:

  Apply GoF (Gang of Four) design patterns to create maintainable and extensible code.

• Collaboration:

  Collaborate with other developers, testers, and product owners to deliver high-quality software.

• Code Quality:

  Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. Participate in code reviews.

• Problem Solving:

  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Continuous Learning:

• 5+ years of industry experience in application development.
• Strong understanding and practical application of GoF design patterns.
• Proficiency in front-end development using React or Flutter.
• Experience in either java or python framework
• Experience in developing and deploying microservices.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with message queuing systems (e.g., Kafka).
• Solid understanding of AWS cloud services and development.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Experience with service mesh technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
