About the Role:

PLC Programmer & Software-Hardware Integration Specialist


You’ll be part of automation projects that directly impact product delivery, machine control, and user efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:


PLC Programming & Control Systems

  • Design, program, test, and maintain

    PLC control logic

    using platforms such as Siemens (TIA Portal, Step 7), Allen-Bradley (RSLogix, Studio 5000), or similar.
  • Develop HMI/SCADA interfaces to allow intuitive user interaction and process monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in PLC and control systems during development, commissioning, and production.


Software-Hardware Integration

  • Develop and maintain solutions that integrate

    custom or third-party software applications

    with

    automation hardware

    (e.g., sensors, actuators, drives, industrial PCs).
  • Work with APIs, OPC UA, Modbus TCP/IP, and other industrial protocols to enable system interoperability.
  • Collaborate with software developers and hardware engineers to ensure real-time and accurate system responses.


Commissioning & Support

  • Lead in the

    installation and commissioning

    of automation systems at client or production sites.
  • Provide post-deployment

    technical support

    , diagnostics, and optimization.



Work Arrangement & Travel:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

    Electrical and Electronics Engineering , Automation Engineering, Mechatronics

    , or a related field.
  • 1 or 2+ years

    of hands-on experience with PLC programming and commissioning.
  • Strong understanding of

    industrial communication protocols and fieldbus systems

    .
  • Experience in integrating

    SCADA/HMI with PLCs

    and external software tools.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like

    Structured Text, Ladder Logic, Python and Function Block Diagram.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting electromechanical systems and network interfaces.



Desirable Skills (Recommended):
