Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated PLC Programmer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in

industrial automation and on-site commissioning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

designing, programming, testing, and commissioning PLC systems for a variety of industrial

applications. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently at customer sites

are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify PLC programs (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Delta, etc.) based on

project requirements.

• Execute HMI/SCADA development (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Wintek, WinCC, FactoryTalk, , etc.).

• Perform on-site commissioning of automation systems at customer facilities.

• Conduct I/O checks, loop testing, and system integration.

• Troubleshoot PLC logic and hardware during commissioning and production.

• Collaborate with project managers, electrical designers, and mechanical teams to ensure

smooth integration.

• Provide technical support during and post-commissioning phases.

• Maintain accurate documentation of logic diagrams, program structures, and commissioning

procedures.

• Train operators and maintenance teams on system functionality and usage.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in PLC programming and site commissioning.

• Hands-on experience with one or more PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley,

Mitsubishi).

• Good understanding of industrial automation systems, electrical schematics, and control

panels.

• Familiarity with VFDs, sensors, relays, and other industrial components.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site under varying conditions.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with PLC,HMI, Servo, IoT, or networking protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus,

Ethernet/IP).

• Exposure to P&ID, control loop tuning, or process automation.

• Knowledge of safety systems and standards (e.g., SIL, ISO 13849).
