Documentation & Compliance Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years in electrical installation/commissioning (preferably for BESS, solar, or industrial power systems) Strong knowledge of panel design, layout, and component selection Experience with on-site deployment in factories, substations, or industrial premises Familiar with LV & MV systems, switchgear, transformers, and protection schemes Ability to read and create SLDs, wiring diagrams, and layout plans Working knowledge of electrical safety practices and regulatory codes Good to Have: Experience integrating SCADA, EMS, or BMS with electrical systems Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN Understanding of grid interconnection norms and approvals Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Certifications in electrical safety, HT/LT operation, or project management are a plus. Testing & commissioning of Protection Relays & Schemes for MV and HV application such as feeder, transformer, distance, generator, line differential, bus bar, etc. Protection IEDConfiguration, Parametrization, Goosing, interoperability & integration with Scada. Configuration of communication protocols such as Modbus, DNP3.0, IEC61850, IEC60870-5-103 & creation of Data set, RCBs & Tagging of signals. Retrofitting & trouble shootingRetrofitting of Protection IED, trouble shooting and Replacement of CRP. Hands on operating knowledge of secondary injection test kit like Omicron, doble, Ponovo, Isa etc. & Auto Testing Method like OCC, State Sequencing, Distance & Differential Characteristics Test. Preparation of Commissioning documents such as SAT, Test Reports, Commissioning schedule Plans & MOM. Planning and execution of training courses and customer presentations. OS Windows, PC communication serial/ IP Willing to travel as the role demands minimum 80-90% travel.
