Asset Data Management

You are being hired by a TOP MNC for Asset Data Management/Asset Management position in Bangalore. You should have experience in industries like Utilities, Power, Oil & Gas, Construction, and Engineering. The role requires flexibility in shifts, including US Shift, and working from the office for all 5 days. The salary ranges based on experience are as follows: - 6-9 Years, Sr Analyst: 6LPA-13LPA - 8-12 Years, Ops Specialist (Assistant Manager): 11LPA-19LPA - 11-15 Years, Associate Manager: 20LPA-28LPA The notice period for this position is Immediate to 60 Days maximum. The ideal candidate should be a Graduate or Postgraduate with 1-6 years to 15 years of experience in Asset Management from the specified industries. Key skills required include: - Strong experience in Asset Management, Asset Maintenance, Condition Monitoring, and Asset Health Management/Maintenance. - Good communication skills and strong people management skills. - Hands-on experience in substation commissioning, transformer testing, and maintenance. - Knowledge of IEC/IS standards related to transformers and electrical equipment. - Experience with asset health monitoring tools or enterprise asset management systems is desirable. - Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and certification in Asset Management/Power Systems/Maintenance Engineering preferred. - Experience in transformer diagnostics and maintenance, site commissioning and testing supervision, asset condition monitoring and data interpretation, maintenance planning and execution, root cause failure analysis (RCFA), knowledge of protection systems and control schemes, strong documentation and reporting ability, and coordination with OEMs, contractors, and utilities.
