As an E3 design engineer, your role involves designing Local control panels for High voltage switchgear. Your responsibilities include the preparation of design of Control and Protection solutions for EHV/HV/MV switchgears (GIS and AIS), CT, VT sizing calculations, electrical interlock logics for switchgears (bay level as well as substation level), proposing/reviewing protection and control schemes in various power system configurations, preparing interface drawings for substation equipments such as power transformers, GIS, Telecom systems, selecting protection, control & communication devices, preparing base design documents, requirement specification for AC/DC systems, MCB selection, AC/DC board sizing, battery and Aux transformer sizing calculations, control cable schedule, LV power cable sizing calculations.
