Electrical infrastructure is the lifeblood of any industrial unit, but it hasn't benefited from innovation and actionable information in the way other sectors have. About the role: We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Electrical Engineer Site Operations who is eager to learn and contribute to our on-ground implementation and commissioning activities. You will work closely with our Site Operations team to conduct surveys, capture field data, coordinate installations, and support project execution at various customer sites across India. This role involves extensive travel and interaction with teams across multiple industrial verticals. Key Responsibilities: Perform on-site installation and commissioning activities as required. Monitor installation work carried out by the clients team and ensure quality and safety standards. Coordinate with various departments and site officials to secure permissions required for project execution. Carry out tasks involving physical effort, including working in harsh outdoor conditions (sun, mud, plant environment). Handle instruments, tools, and equipment (both company and client-owned) safely and responsibly. Uphold the goodwill and reputation of Innvendt during all customer interactions. Support any tasks assigned by the supervisor or reporting manager. Identify, define, and assist in cross-functional and strategic ad-hoc projects. Work closely with Site Activation Teams to ensure timely project delivery. Collect, upload, and maintain field data for future reference and analysis. Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution of site activities. Preferred Tools & Skills : Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams (added advantage). Basic understanding of electrical panels, safety procedures, and field engineering practices. Who Should Apply: 2 to 4 years of experience in a process industry, manufacturing plant, or field operations role. Strong willingness to learn and ability to adapt to various work environments. Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Flexibility to support multi-national and multi-state teams; flexible working hours may be required. Ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of industrial safety rules , standards, and on-site safety practices. Familiarity with Lock outTag out (LOTO) procedures and basic electrical safety requirements.
