What you should have:

Good experience in Aveva System platform, lntouch scada and Aveva plant scada with various industry libraries as per Industry standards mentioned above.

PLC, HMI and SCADA programming, design, development

Wonderware/AVEVA System Platform with Operations Management Interface (OMI) visualization

Extensive understanding of industrial automation and control systems

Technical leadership within PLC/HMI/SCADA projects as relates to WW/AVEVA System Platform

Worked on at least two PLC platforms (Siemens / Allen Bradley) Web based data integrations.

.Net, VMWare, SQL Knowledge is helpful

Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Food & Bev, Mission Critical, Building Automation, Mining, Consumer Packaging, and similar process controls related industries.

Must have knowledge on Pasteurizer, Aseptic tanks, Milk Mixing solutions, Fluid Bed/any Dryers, UHT(Ultra Heat treatment), UF/mF (Filteration systems), Reactors etc.

Great client interaction skills Ability to travel at times.

Certification:

AVEVA preferred.

What you will do:

Attend project design kick-off meetings.

Participate in project review meetings, support lead engineer with updates and status of assigned works.

Go through process P&ID, Equipment list, MCC & 10 panel drawings make Data inputs for project.

Develop/design PLC, SCADA, DCS software program and applications.

Participate in client work progress review meetings weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis. Develop/Modify program in Aveva Systems platform/Plant scada/lntouch for Process area as per P&ID

Develop new/ Modify SCADA/HMI as per process P&ID Aveva Systems platform, Plant scada, lntouch SCADA

FAT/SAT/Commission the automation software package as per project PO

Hand over system to client after successful commissioning and total software optimization up to client satisfaction.

Take Schedules from Client on day-to-day activities.

Report to Automation Manager on day-to-day activities and overall project status. Follow time sheets, Weekly project reports, MOM's etc project specific documents. Traveling to client locations as on when required based on project timelines.

Should be able to travel with short notice of 1 week if necessary. Traveling 65% of the time in a business year.
