We are expanding our Architect & Interior Designer Business Development division and are looking for a candidate with strong industry relationships. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced BD professional currently working in lighting, home automation, flooring, modular furniture, building materials, or any interior product. The ideal candidate must already have strong connections with architects and interior designers in Ahmedabad/Gujarat and be confident in driving meetings, generating leads, and presenting our solutions. Key Responsibilities Regular visits to architects and interior designers Build and maintain strong relationships with design studios Present automation, AV, lighting and ELV solutions Generate new project leads from architects, interior designers, and developers Schedule meetings and demos for senior leadership Conduct site visits to understand requirements Maintain CRM, lead pipeline, and weekly reports Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and design meetups Coordinate with design and project teams for proposal preparation Requirements 2–7 years of experience in B2B or project sales Experience in one or more of the following industries: Lighting Home Automation Audio-Video / Home Theatre Flooring, Laminates, Veneers Modular Kitchens & Wardrobes Sanitaryware / Premium Hardware Building Materials Must have an existing network with architects & interior designers Strong communication & presentation skills Experience in high-value, project-based sales Must have own vehicle + willingness to travel within the city Based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate Salary Range ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (CTC) + Attractive Incentives Higher package available for candidates with a strong architect network. This role ensures smooth operations across the office and supports different departments as needed. A two-wheeler is mandatory for travel and material delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office coordination including couriers, stationery, logistics, and administrative tasks Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and overall workspace upkeep Handle minor equipment maintenance and coordinate servicing as required Purchase office supplies and maintain proper stock records Manage material delivery and collection from vendors, clients, and project sites Keep accurate records of all material movement and ensure timely logistics Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements and dispatch Assist in preparation, logistics, and setup for exhibitions, events, and company activities Manage transportation of materials and ensure smooth event execution Support HR with attendance, documentation, filing, and onboarding processes Maintain employee records and assist in routine HR administrative work Provide general operational support to management as needed.
