Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

Acquire and grow
High Net Worth (HNI)
customer relationships for
liabilities (SA-driven)
and
commercial assets
.
Source new clients through personal efforts and acquisition channels.
Deliver excellent
customer service
while adhering to bank policies.
Cross-sell
bank products to mapped customers and promote new offerings.
Organize
sales initiatives and events
to attract and engage clients.
Collaborate with group companies for cross-product access.
Maintain detailed relationship records and resolve customer issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Proven ability to build and manage HNI relationships with
personalized service

Strong knowledge of
commercial assets
: CC, OD, Term Loans, Export Finance.
Familiarity with
Mutual Funds and Insurance
is a plus.
Graduates
with 6-8 years or
Postgraduates
with 46 years of experience.
