Position Overview

Senior Platform & Cloud Engineer

This role blends platform engineering, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and performance-focused development. You will also mentor 1–2 junior developers and manage multiple modules across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and reusable cloud-native backend architectures.
• Architect and manage containerized services, VPC networking, and platform security on AWS.
• Build internal libraries and SDKs for platform-wide reuse.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable high deployment velocity.
• Optimize backend systems for performance and memory efficiency.
• Manage distributed caching and robust data models supporting IoT and mobile applications.
• Understand and apply messaging queue delivery semantics (e.g., at-least-once, exactly-once).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive scalable solutions and integrations.
• Mentor junior engineers and own multiple modules end-to-end.
