Title : Plant Supervisor Job Location : Changodar, Ahmedabad. (Gujarat) Work Experience: Min 3-5 Years in relevant field Education : Graduation About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Plant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing plant processes, ensuring smooth inventory control, and supervising labor teams to achieve production targets efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient production Manage inventory, including raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts, maintaining optimal stock levels Supervise, coordinate, and motivate labor teams to meet production schedules and quality standards Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations within the plant Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, quality control, and maintenance Monitor production metrics and prepare daily/weekly reports for management Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity Handle labor attendance, shift planning, and conflict resolution within the workforce Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Production/ Management, or related field preferred Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Plant Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and ERP systems Good communication and interpersonal abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Changodar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Where are you living currently?
