Lead a team of 100+ production workers—training, guiding, motivating, and improving productivity at the ground level. Boost plant productivity and capacity through Lean-inspired workflows and continuous improvement. Systematize end-to-end production flow—from raw material input to finished goods output—with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. ✅ What You Bring: 5+ years of hands-on experience with large injection molding machines (500 tonne+), strong knowledge of hydraulic & electrical systems. Proven track record of managing large production teams (100+), enhancing workforce productivity. Demonstrable success in implementing systemized production processes and capacity expansion. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
