Key Responsibilities· Design, plan, and execute experiments for the development and optimization of phenol formaldehyde and other specialty resins. · Analyze results using state-of-the-art characterization techniques and interpret data to guide ongoing research initiatives. · Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scale up laboratory processes to pilot and production levels. · Maintain accurate and detailed records of research activities, results, and project milestones. · Stay current with relevant scientific literature and integrate new technologies and methodologies as appropriate. · Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards throughout all research activities.
