About the Role:

We are looking for a Plant Simulation Engineer with hands-on experience in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation to join our dynamic engineering team.
The role involves working on a 3-phase V801 Discrete Event Simulation Model, focusing on throughput analysis, cycle time optimization, buffer sizing, and line speed determination in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand plant requirements and validate inputs received from the manufacturing team.
• Develop and build Plant Simulation models using Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
• Conduct throughput analysis, cycle time studies, and buffer optimization.
• Identify bottlenecks and quantify throughput losses in production lines.
• Validate simulation models against actual plant performance data.
• Run “What-if” scenarios to test process changes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate results to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Simulation / Discrete Event Simulation.
• Proficiency in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Throughput Simulation Procedures and model validation.
• Knowledge of Python scripting for automation and data analysis (preferred).
• Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to Analyze complex manufacturing systems and recommend data-driven improvements.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 17 months

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
