Plant Manager

As a Plant Manager at our fast-growing biofertilizer and animal feed company located in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in leading the establishment of a new manufacturing plant. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Setting up and establishing a new manufacturing plant including machinery, utilities, and infrastructure. - Building and leading a skilled team across product lines, providing training on SOP-based processes. - Managing production through ERP systems to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost competitiveness. - Overseeing fermentation and probiotics-based manufacturing processes in both submerged and solid state. - Conducting training sessions, mentoring staff, and leading the team by example. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing or setting up manufacturing plants, preferably in biofertilizers, probiotics, fermentation, or animal feed industries. - Strong leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to build and motivate teams. - Hands-on management approach with a passion for working in high-growth and performance-driven environments.
