Plant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Plant Manager to lead and oversee the overall operations of our manufacturing facility. The role involves managing production, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and driving operational efficiency to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily plant operations to achieve production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Oversee production planning, process optimization, and resource allocation.
• Maintain machinery and equipment to ensure smooth functioning and minimal downtime.
• Implement quality control measures to meet product standards and client requirements.
• Manage and develop plant staff through training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor costs, reduce wastage, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams for timely production and dispatch.
• Prepare and present plant performance reports to senior management.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a senior production/operations role, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Skills:

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in production management software and MS Office tools.
• Ability to manage budgets and optimize resources effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational goals.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Vadodara, Gujarat before starting work.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
• Schedule: Day Shift
• Supplemental Pay: Yearly Bonus
