Role Overview: As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and running day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations. Your role will involve increasing production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing costs and maintaining quality standards. You will oversee production output, product quality, on-time shipping, resource allocation, and asset utilization. Monitoring operations, analyzing data, and ensuring plant safety procedures are crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will develop systems to optimize productivity, track standards, and stay updated with production management best practices.
