Overall responsibility of plant operations, production planning, quality and cost efficiency. Ensure smooth functioning of seamless and welded stainless-steel pipe manufacturing processes. Lead, guide and monitor production teams to achieve daily, monthly and annual production targets. Implement best practices in safety, quality control, maintenance and manpower utilization. Liaison with management for strategic planning, productivity improvements and project execution. Ensure compliance with industry standards, ASME/ASTM codes and customer requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce wastage.
Strong background in piping industries with expertise in seamless & welded stainless-steel pipes. Proven leadership experience in managing plant operations and large teams. Sound knowledge of mechanical engineering, production planning and quality standards. Excellent decision-making, communication and problem-solving skills.
