Candidate must have experience in Stainless Steel Piping / Seamless Pipes & Tubes industry
Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, ASME/ASTM codes, ISO systems
Experience in coordinating with third-party inspection agencies (TPIA)
Hands-on expertise in quality documentation, audits, and process validation
1. Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC systems across manufacturing processes
2. Ensure compliance with ASME, ASTM, ISO, and customer-specific requirements.
3. Supervise and guide the QA/QC team in inspections, testing, and documentation.
4. Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies for approvals, certifications, and audits.
5. Maintain calibration records of instruments and testing equipment.
6. Ensure traceability, quality reports, and NCR (Non-Conformance Report) closure.
7. Drive continual improvements in product quality and process efficiency.
8. Liaise with production, maintenance, and management for quality issue resolutions.
