Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete plant operations including

  wax injection, shell building, dewaxing, melting, pouring, heat treatment, machining, and finishing

  .
• Develop and execute production plans to meet customer schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor and optimize process parameters to achieve higher yields. 
• Ensure compliance with

  ISO/AS/IATF and customer-specific quality standards

  .
• Manage manpower planning, training, and skill development across departments.
• Cost control measures to improve operational efficiency and productivity. 
• Ensure workplace safety, adherence to environmental regulations, and maintenance of equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and technology upgrades in foundry operations.
• Target to reduce rejections and improve productivity at each area within the company. 

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering

  (Diploma with extensive foundry experience may be considered).
• Minimum

  10–15 years of hands-on experience

  in foundries, with at least

  5 years in a leadership/managerial role

  .
