Job Description

You will be working at Derewala Industries Ltd., a renowned name in the jewelry manufacturing industry known for its innovation, sustainability, and quality. Headquartered in Jaipur, India, Derewala caters to a global clientele in over 30 countries across 6 continents. As the HR Manager at our Sitapura, Jaipur location, you will have the following key responsibilities: Hiring & Workforce Management: - Develop and implement recruitment strategies for both blue-collar and white-collar workers. - Cultivate relationships with labor contractors and agencies to ensure a steady pipeline of manpower for production needs. Statutory & Social Compliance: - Ensure adherence to all labor laws and statutory regulations, including the Factories Act and Minimum Wages Act. - Maintain and update statutory registers and records as required, and handle inspections and social audits effectively. Employee Relations: - Address employee grievances promptly to create a positive work environment. - Conduct disciplinary proceedings with fairness and transparency, and drive engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity. Training and Development: - Identify training needs and conduct skill development programs for blue-collar employees. - Provide leadership and technical training for supervisors and team leads. HR Policies and Processes: - Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies specific to plant operations. - Ensure compliance with corporate HR guidelines and align plant HR strategies with organizational goals. Team Leadership: - Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to achieve departmental objectives. - Foster collaboration between HR, production, and management teams. Reporting and MIS: - Prepare and present HR reports, and analyze data to enhance HR operations continuously. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW - Experience: Minimum of 8 years in HR, preferably in a plant or manufacturing setting with over 1,000 manpower. - Skills: Proficient in labor laws and statutory compliance, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at problem-solving and team management.,
